Planning your day

Once you have entered into the legal agreement for Marriage or Civil Partnership, the choice of ceremony is up to you. Orchid Ceremonies will provide a Celebrant to attend and conduct your ceremony in a professional and caring manner, in a location and in a way that will suit you and your families.

Planning plays a very important part in all our ceremonies, with our attention to detail, this makes for a ceremony that is special and memorable to you and your guests.

Your personal Celebrant will contact you beforehand to discuss your requirements and plan the occasion with you. You are always welcome to ask questions and ask for suggestions for your ceremony – in this way we get the details right. As you may not have done this before, we will give you guidance and support.

It’s a good idea to book your Celebrant well in advance to ensure that you can have your ceremony on the date that you want. Certain dates and times of the year are very busy, particularly for wedding celebrations, so you may need to start organising your plans early.
